Important Notice Regarding COVID-19
To all our valued patients, during the COVID-19 emergency, we are here for you. We appreciate, in advance, your understanding of some changes in protocol. Please call the Penfield Chiropractic Office at 585-385-6700 to schedule an appointment; no walk-ins will be accepted. Leave a message if necessary and we will return your call promptly. You may also send a text to 585-705-9773. This method is also welcomed after normal business hours and on weekends.
We have enhanced safety protocols for the well-being of all:
We will ask a series of questions about your current state of health prior to appointments. We will confirm that each patient is not experiencing flu like symptoms or fever, sore throat or shortness of breath, has not had close contact with anyone with COVID-19, and has not traveled to areas with known outbreak of COVID-19.
We have instituted new aggressive cleaning routines for our exam rooms and waiting room.
Appointment times are now staggered to reduce risk to patients and provide time for appropriate cleaning between visits. If volume is momentarily high, please wait in your car to maximize social distancing. We will call you when you are ready to be seen.
